- I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.
- I will NOT work from ANY AI generated images as reference.What I will do:
- humans/people
- furry/anthro
- robots/cyborgs
- monsters/creatures
- mild injury, blood and goreWhat I refuse to do:
- Anything offensive (racism, homophobia, transphobia, incest, pedophilia etc.)
- Real people, unless if it is you IRL
- NSFW (including all fetishes even if they’re considered SFW)
- Major gore
- Certain media/fan contentProcess
- I will let you know once I begin on your commission and send progress updates as I work on them.
- Please allow me up to 2 weeks to complete the commission due to the circumstances of life.
- If there is anything that you would like me to change, I allow up to 3 minor revisions.Payment and Fees
- Payment is due in full upfront before I start any work.
- Payment is done through PayPal invoice in USD. Once commission is agreed on, I'll send an invoice for the amount due.Client Obligations
- Be clear with what you want.
- Provide good references with images or a mood board.
- Assume responsibility for any important information you fail to provide me that results in disappointment.

- I retain the rights over any commissioned work.
- I reserve the right to post commissioned work on my social media and include it in my portfolio.
- I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creative process.
- Final product is strictly for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit.
- DO NOT Claim my work as your own.
- DO NOT Remove any of my watermarks or signatures.
- DO NOT Alter the work in any way.
- Any and all works found here and/or commissioned are PROHIBITED from use in NFTs, AI training datasets, or blockchain based content.Cancellations and Refunds
- You can request a full refund only if I haven't started to work on the commission.
- If I cancel the commission (due to an emergency or any situation that prevents me from completing the commission), you will receive a full refund.
- Once final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.
